What is ABA?

ABA is an evidence-based approach that improves specific behaviors and teaches essential skills, especially in children with autism or developmental challenges. By breaking tasks down into small steps and using positive reinforcement, ABA helps children develop skills in communication, social interactions, and daily routines. Each therapy plan is customized to fit each child's unique needs. Progress is tracked through data, and families are involved at every step, receiving strategies to support growth at home. Many children show significant improvements, gaining independence and confidence. ABA has multiple benefits both short and long-term, many of which include increased independence, reduced challenging behaviors, improved academic performance, and improved quality of life. ABA helps children reach their full potential and thrive in everyday life.
